I got the Friends Monopoly game. Catch.co.nz offered the lowest price and the most affordable shipping. I placed my order on Wednesday, it was sent out on Saturday, and it showed up from Australia the next Thursday. Super impressed with how fast it got here and the way it was packed. On August 18, 2022, I placed an order for a Calming Plush bed for our 10-week-old Golden Retriever pup. Australia Post kept me updated throughout the process, and NZ Customs handled everything smoothly. It finally arrived today, August 25, thanks to NZ Post. Really impressed with both the service and the product!

I bought a lamp, and when it showed up, I could hear shattered glass rattling around in the box. So, I turned down the delivery and reached out to Catch. That was two weeks back. Besides the usual 'we got your request' message, I haven't heard a peep. The standard email also throws in that snarky line about how following up will just delay things more. Looks like these folks are fine until there's a hiccup. Seriously, don't take the chance.

Important info before you buy. This website ain't based in New Zealand, just so you know! Even if their web address ends in .nz. On top of that, I still haven't gotten my order after two and a half months. They didn't even reach out to me to clarify what’s going on or anything like that. Just don’t waste your money on them. End of story.

I've made two purchases from Catch, and while the products and delivery have been fine, there's a bigger problem. I really doubt the safety of their website. My Visa Debit information has been compromised on two occasions, both times just a week after I placed an order on catch.co.nz. Thankfully, my bank is super alert.

I ordered two baby carriers and tried to cancel right away, like within 10 minutes of placing the order. They told me it had already been packed, so I had to take the package. After that, I initiated a return and sent them back, but now they say my return has expired, even though I shipped them back unopened within a day of getting them. I've ended up losing $300, and they claim they haven't received the return. I'm really let down since we've lost a chunk of change on this order while trying to save for our first baby. The return process was a real hassle. Seriously, don’t buy from this site.

This company is the worst! I purchased a coffee maker that stopped working just three weeks after I started using it. For the past two weeks, I've been getting the runaround from their returns team. I haven't received any helpful information regarding an exchange or a refund. Honestly, these folks are just scammers.

This was my first time getting something from this website, and I’m really happy with it! The customer service was awesome, keeping me in the loop about the shipping process all the way to my doorstep. I ordered some black disposable masks and overall, I’m quite satisfied with this company. I’ll definitely be shopping here again! It took about two weeks total, but that’s still quicker than NZ post for anything between Auckland locations!

I purchased two sets of flannellette sheets for my son and his spouse. I placed the order on 7th October 2021, and they arrived on 18th October 2021 from an Australian warehouse. I reckon that was pretty impressive, especially with all the shipping delays happening locally and internationally. The sheets turned out to be of great quality and came out nice and fluffy after washing. I'm really pleased and will definitely shop at Catch.co.nz again.

I got hit with a subscription bomb and this was one of the sites I ended up subscribed to without even realizing it. I'm trying to get off the list, but it's been a total struggle. Their unsubscribe page is nowhere to be found, and there’s no way to reach customer support. This definitely doesn’t make me want to purchase anything from them.

I honestly can't wrap my head around the fact that LastSeason has joined forces with Catch.co.nz. Their prices just ain't the same as what I used to see at LastSeason. I used to shop there all the time. Now that their products are with Catch, the deals feel more like a letdown than a steal. One of the best parts about LastSeason was their next day delivery, which was a real bonus! Our whole family was bummed to discover they made the switch to Catch.
