They didn't have a product I wanted in stock after I had ordered and paid for it. They were quick to communicate the problem, transfer my funds back and also gave me $10 credit to spend on my next purchase.

Highly recommended to all buyer. I will definitely be buying off them again. Very quick and efficient service, also very cheap and reputable prices and brands. 5 stars all around.

Ordered the friends monopoly game. Catch.co.nz had the best price for the game and the cheapest postage. I ordered on the Wednesday, the game was dispatched on the Saturday and arrived from Australia the following Thursday. Very impressed at the speed of delivery and packaging it came in. Will happily order from catch.co.nz again.

I ordered a Calming Plush bed for our 10 week old Golden Retriever puppy on 18 August 2022. I was kept informed all the way from Australia by Australia Post, via NZ Customs and it was delivered today, 25 August, by NZ Post. Great service and product.

I ordered a lamp. When it arrived you could hear broken glass inside the package so I refused delivery and contacted Catch. That was 2 weeks ago. Other than the standard we have received your request I ahve heard nothing. The standard email also includes the passive aggressive "if you write to follow up on this enquiry it will put you further back in the queue". It seems these guys are OK until something goes wrong. Don't risk it.

Please read before you make a purchase. This site is not in NZ, first of all! Even though their domain is .nz. Secondly, haven’t received my purchase after 2.5 months. Did not approach to make a contact with me and explain the situation etc.
Do not buy from them. Period.

I have ordered from Catch twice now and while I have had no issue with the product or delivery I have had a more serious issue. I do not believe their site is secure. My Visa Debit details have been stolen twice now and each time have been within a week of ordering through catch.co.nz. Luckily my bank is very vigilant.

Ordered 2 baby carriers and tried to cancel immediately, as in within 10 minutes of my order. Apparently it had “already been packed” and I had to receive the package. I then lodged a return and sent them back, and now my return has “expired” even though I’d sent them back within a day of receiving them unopened. I’ve now lost $300 and they have apparently not received the return. So disappointed as we’ve lost so much money on this order when we’ve been trying to save for our first baby. The returns were so difficult. Don’t order from this site.

Worst company ever. Bought a coffee machine that broke within 3 weeks of using it. I've been given the run around from the returns department for two weeks now. I haven't heard anything useful about exchanging or getting a refund. These people are scammers.

First time ordering anything from this site and delivery to NZ! Customer service great, updating you on the whole shipping right through till delivery! Ordered disposable black masks and over all very happy with this company and will be buying again! Maybe 2 weeks all up but still faster than NZ post for anything Auckland to Auckland!!

I ordered 2 x sets of flannellette sheets for my son and his wife. Ordered 7/10/21 and delivered to them on 18/10/21 from Australian warehouse, I thought that was very good considereing the delays in shippeg locally and between countries. The sheets were good quality and washed up nice and fluffy. Very happy and will buy from Catch.co.nz again.

Having read the reviews here I was worried about using catch. However decided to during lockdown. They have been the fastest of any book company I have used in lockdown, they have constantly updated where the book is eg at airport etc, and was a good price. Would recommend them.

At first I was hesitant to order something at Catch.co.nz but the price is so good so I tried my luck...and guess what? I recommend this website to all, based on my experience. I was surprise it only took 1 week for my order to come, knowing tonnes of people saying that sometimes it could take months. I'm so stoke about my experience. Thank you Catch!

I was subscription bombed and this was one of the websites I was subscribed to without my knowledge. I am trying to unsubscribe but am having no luck at all. Their unsubscribe page does not exist and there are no contact details for customer support. Would not exactly inspire me to buy anything from them

I still can't believe LastSeason sold themselves to Catch.co.nz.

Their prices aren't what LastSeason had. I use to purchase off of lastseadon a lot. Now that their stuff is with catch there aren't good to be true deals. And the great thing about LastSeason was they had next day delivery. Even better! Our whole family were disappointed to find they had moved to catch.
